Is Numou free?

Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no card is needed. Paid plans add more for growing shops and teams.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Your catalogue is stored on the device, sales are queued while offline and synced automatically when the connection returns.

Do I need a barcode scanner?

No. The camera on your phone or tablet scans product barcodes. You can also pick products from a list or search by name.

Which receipt printers are supported?

Bluetooth thermal receipt printers that speak ESC/POS, the common 58 mm and 80 mm models. You can also show or share the receipt on screen.

Can several people use one device?

Yes. Shared-device mode lets each member of staff sign in with a PIN. Roles control what they can see and do, including discount limits.

Is Numou available on iPhone?

Where is my data, and can I delete it?

Sales and stock are stored securely in the cloud and cached on your device. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app or from this site.
