Numou · account and data deletion
You can delete your Numou account yourself from inside the app. If you cannot — because you own a shop, or because you no longer have the app installed — use the form further down and we will do it for you.
If the app tells you it can't finish. One situation has to be handled by us rather than by the app: you still own a shop on Numou, whose sales and stock records have to be dealt with first. Send the request below and we will take care of it.
Having rung up sales is not a reason you can't delete your account. Those sales stay in the shop's books, because they are the business's records — but they stop being linked to your name.
Send the email address on the account. We will confirm by replying to that address, so use the one you signed up with.
You can also simply email contact@numou.tech from the address on the account.

Deleting from inside the app is immediate. A request sent through this page is actioned within 30 days, and we email you at the address on the account once it is done.
Deletion is permanent. There is no undo, and we cannot restore a deleted shop's sales history afterwards — if you need your records, export or print what you need before you delete.
